山东开泰工业科技有限公司(原山东开泰金属磨料有限公司)是集科研、开发、生产于一体的国内最大的磨料生产厂家，并与山东大学材料科学与工程学院合作，聘请专家教授，共同研究开发出了铸钢丸、铸钢砂、钢丝切丸、不锈钢丸四大系列、共80多个规格的金属磨料产品，年产15万吨金属磨料，现拥有资产3.0亿元，年产值5.0亿元。开泰钢丸磨料（香港）有限公司，专门负责海外钢丸、钢砂金属磨料的销售。
　公司座落于国内最大的金属磨料生产基地邹平凤凰经济园区。距省会济南52公里，离济南－青岛高速公路500米，离济青高速章丘路口7公里，占地面积 40 万平方米，主要产品有铸钢丸、铸钢砂、钢丝切丸、不锈钢丝切丸等金属磨料。
公司技术力量雄厚，生产设备先进，是山东省高新技术企业，利用最先进的中频感应电炉，离心雾化造粒，经二次淬火、回火、选圆、筛分、包装制成优质高强度、长寿命强化钢丸、钢砂。公司拥有完善的质量监测手段，引进美国欧文公司的疲劳寿命试验机，对金属磨料进行寿命测试，引进德国SPECTOR公司直读光谱仪，对金属磨料进行成分测定，质量均达到SAE美国汽车工程师协会相关标准。本公司已通过了ISO9001－2000国际质量管理体系认证，是山东省著名商标，产品出口二十个国家和地区，深受国内外铸造、锻造、热处理、钢结构、集装箱、机械、造船、汽车、机车、矿山、石材等行业用户好评。

Shandong Kaitai Industry Technology Co.,Ltd (Shandong Kaitai Metal Abrasive Co.,ltd.) is the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasive which integrates with technical research, development and production, Co-operating with MaterialScience&Engineering College of Shandong University and guided by experts and professors, the company developed 4series, 80 kinds of abrasive products. Based on 80 million Yuan (RMB) of fixed assets, the company can produce annual 80,000 tons of metal abrasive.
　 The company occupying ground area of 100,000 square meters located in Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone which is China 's largest abrasive base, only 7km to the exit of Jinan-Qingdao expressway, 54kms east to the capital Jinan of Shandong province. The main products are cast steel shot, cast steel grit ,steel cut wire shot and stainless steel shot etc.
With strong technical force, advanced equipments like intermediate frequency induction furnace, centrifugal blasting machine and so on, the company can produce high strength, long durable cast steel shot. The company has perfect quality control system。The test, which is carried out by Ervin Tester Machine introduced from U.S.A.,shows that all its products meet the standard of SAE and all the products gained the quality certificate of ISO9001 and are well sold all over the country , exported to south-east Asia and widely accepted by the users in the fields of mechanical,shipbuilding,automobiles,locomotives,containers,steel,computers ,steel components ,cast and forging, stone industries.
